What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following two main payment methods:

PayPal: allesmall primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard and VISA.

Secure credit card payment: We can also accept credit card payments with Visa and Mastercard.

What currency will I be charged in?

All our transactions are processed in USD. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate for the currency you have selected, depending on the website you are using.

Do you offer a 3- or 4-installment payment option?

We accept payment in 3 installments.

How can I change or modify my order?

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us through our Support Center.

Please note that we can help you modify your order before it is shipped.

Once your package has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email for your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
